"The manager of the facility took my order, and she was smiling. It is so nice to visit a restaurant where the workers look like they are happy. I noticed the young man who was also working the serving line was energetic and moved at a comfortable pace without making the older gentlemen in line feel rushed. The two ladies cooking in the back were staying on top of replenishing the entrees that were running low. The whole team worked well together. As I sat and ate I observed the staff, and everyone was very clean in the handling of the food. Thank you for that important detail."
